Ingredients
Serves:
- 1500 g Castor Sugar
- 2000 g Shortpaste Margarine Medium
- 250 g Rice Flour
- 2750 g White Wings Plain Flour
- 375 g Eggs
- 10 mL Vanilla Essence
- 10 mL Lemon Essence
- 15 g Baking Powder
- 15 g Salt
Method
Step 1
Add the castor sugar, Shortpaste Margarine, rice flour and 750 grams of the White Wings Flour to a bowl and beat until soft and smooth.
Step 2
Once smooth, add the eggs, vanilla essence and lemon essence and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3
Finally, add the remaining White Wings Flour, the baking powder and the salt and mix to a smooth dough. Do not over mix. Refrigerate for one hour before use.

Step 4
Bake at 200°C until the side of the biscuits begin to brown.
Note: Number of Serves is based on 125 biscuits, approximately 5 cm in diameter.
