The fantastic addition to any cake – this mock cream will have you adding layer after layer to your creations.

Ingredients
Serves:
- 2000 g PILOT Creme Cup
- 1500 g Castor Sugar
- 1000 mL Water
Method
Step 1
Whisk on second speed until sugar is dissolved – around fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Add the Water to the Creme and Sugar mix in small amounts over five to seven minutes on second speed.
Note: Number of Serves is based on approximately 4.5kg of Mock Cream.
