Succulent prawns teamed with sweet mango and a tangy Praise Seafood Sauce will see this summer salad raised to hero status for any lunch or dinner.

A light and fresh salad for the summer
Ingredients
Serves:
- 300 g Tartare Sauce
- 750 g Small Prawns, peeled, deveined and washed
- 600 g Baby cos, cut length ways in to quarters
- 400 g Mango, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 30 g Dill, sprigs
- 200 g Lemon cheeks
Method
Step 1
Place the lettuce onto a plate or into a bowl, add prawns, drizzle with Praise Tartare Sauce.
Step 2
Top with Mango strips and dill sprigs for garnish.
