Ingredients

- 10 each Helga's Mixed Grain Wraps
- 300 g Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 50 g ETA BBQ Sauce
- 200 g Red Onions
- 20 mL Balsamic Glaze
- 1 kg Roast Beef
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Pepper
- 100 mL Olive Oil
- 200 g Rocket
Method
Step 1
Season beef with salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil. Cook the beef on a chargrill until the desired liking is reached, then thinly slice.
Step 2
Combine the ETA BBQ Sauce and Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise together in a small bowl.

Step 3
Slice the onions finely, then pan fry them until brown. Add balsamic to the onions and stir continuously until they become caramelised.
Step 4
To assemble the Helga’s Mixed Grain Wrap, place a layer of the rocket at the bottom followed by beef, onion and BBQ aioli. Fold wrap tightly to enclose and cut in half. This dish can be served with a side of chips.
